National Association of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Students (NAMMES), Nigeria is a conglomerate of students offering Metallurgical and Materials Engineering and its related disciplines across all tertiary institutions in the country.

The association seeks to propagate and educate Nigerians on the importance of the discipline in the development and economic growth of the country. It also hopes to, in collaboration with the government, encourage a working policy promoting the field of study in the country. The association records 20 affiliated member institutions with over ten thousand (10,000) matriculated students across the four (4) existing zones in the country. It looks to forge a sustainable coexistence amongst members of the association for the development of the association and the discipline.
